1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Charm AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use Charm AI. By using the App, you represent that you are 17 or older. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who misrepresent their age.

3. Description of Service

Charm AI is an AI-powered social confidence and conversation practice app. The App provides simulated conversation scenarios and coaching for entertainment and self-improvement purposes only. Charm AI is not a dating service, matchmaking service, or substitute for real human connection.

4. User Accounts

You may create an account using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@charm-ai.app.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• Charm AI offers a free tier and a paid subscription ("Charm AI Pro")
• Subscriptions are billed automatically through Apple's App Store
• Prices are listed in the App and may change with notice
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• To cancel, manage your subscription in your Apple ID settings
• No refunds for partial subscription periods, except where required by law

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
• Use the App to harass, harm, or impersonate others
• Share account credentials with others
• Use automated tools or bots to access the App
• Submit false or misleading information

7. AI-Generated Content

Charm AI uses artificial intelligence to generate conversation responses. AI-generated content is provided for practice and entertainment purposes only and should not be taken as professional advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of AI-generated suggestions for real-world situations.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Charm AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Charm AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the App at any time.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
